Account Management

Each client receives a dedicated Account Manager to ensure that the software and services that they receive from AJS runs smoothly. Whether it be a scheduled steering committee meeting or one of our popular quarterly coffee catch ups to discuss the updated needs of the business, Our ccount management plays a big part in how we build on our business relationships with our clients.

Consulting

The AJS consulting team receives regular training and updates. They are also required to attend "Boot Camps" where their skills are tested against various business scenarios. This training builds skills and consistency to ensure that all AJS clients benefit from its team's exceptional and growing levels of expertise, product knowledge and support. Training methods are at the discretion of the client. Our consultants have the ability to perform either classroom style training or the client may wish to adopt a "Train the Trainer" scheme for end user training. Handbooks are available to support all training conducted by AJS. We also offer monthly webinars and online training to help our customers get the most value for money - why pay for travel cost when we can meet online and you can take charge of the controls.

Support

Once a system has been installed and training is completed the consultants hand over to the support department which continues to work closely with clients by providing an exceptionally high level of telephone and email support. Our support services hotline ensure quick resolution to any challenges that the customer may encounter during their working day. All of our customers recognise the importance of our hotline support and the benefits it brings. You will have unlimited access to telephone support during and after installation. All of this is covered by the quarterly maintenance and support agreement.On-going support will fall into several categories:
